Graduated from  Royal Greenwich University with BA(hons) Early Years

Her attitude to working with children is as a teaching professional, yet she enhances this with her fun and friendly personality, making time spent with her interesting, enjoyable and exciting through varied activities.

And here’s my recommendation for you:

Justine has been supportive, helpful and kind in providing outstanding childcare for Ruby and Charlie. This is the second time Justine has looked after the children; this time for 5 days a week. Building on from my previous reference (attached), Ruby and Charlie settled into Justine’s care quickly and with ease due to Justine taking extra time to understand how they had changed during their time away from her. She visited us one evening and reacquainted herself with us all so it felt very natural and easy when we dropped the kids off with her.

Justine is set apart from other childcare providers that we have used because she supports the children’s development. Charlie moved from seated toileting, where he wanted to remove underwear, to standing up and so became more confident at going to the bathroom on his own. We received a termly report for Charlie, charting his development achievements and goals and were impressed by the letter and number recognition that Justine had been working with him on.

Justine provided flexible childcare so that Ruby could continue to attend after school clubs and activities. Justine kept us informed of any changes or updates related to school, pre-school or clubs, for example, letting us know when the photographer was attending pre-school.

I thoroughly recommend Justine as a childminder. She provides a safe, secure and friendly environment where children have fun and thrive developmentally. Her attitude to working with children is as a teaching professional, yet she enhances this with her fun and friendly personality, making time spent with her interesting, enjoyable and exciting through varied activities.

Thank you Justine
